Hi, my name is Guanxuan (Grayson) Jiang, and I am a first-year PhD Student in the Computational Media and Art Thrust at the Information Hub, Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (Guangzhou). I am supervised by Prof. Pan Hui and co-supervised by Prof. Yuyang Wang . During my MPhil period, my supervisors are Prof. Pan Hui and Prof. Fugee Tsung.

My research lies at the intersection of Computational Intelligence, Ubiquitous Computing, Behavioral Modeling and Extended Reality. More specifically, my interests encompass Data-driven Interaction, Human Action Modeling, Spatial Computing (VR/AR/MR), and Ubiquitous Computing, with an emphasis on exploring and advancing the interplay between humans and intelligent systems.

Previously, I completed my BSc. (Hons) in Computer Science at University of Sheffield and Chinese University of Hong Kong. I also spent time at Peking Univerisity and Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University.

[Jul. 2023] I graduated from the Uni of Sheffield with an Honored BSc.
[May 2023] I passed my thesis defense at Uni of Sheffield.
[Nov. 2022] Our project, Chemistry VR Laboratory, won Second Prize at the 5th China Competition on Virtual Reality (CCVR 2022).
[Apr. 2022] I started working as a research intern at HER Lab, Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University, supervised by Prof. Yue Li.
[Aug. 2021] I completed my PUKSSI program at Peking University.
[Aug. 2021] I will begin my one-year study at Chinese University of Hong Kong under the IASP program.
[Jan. 2021] I was enrolled in the Turning Scheme from UK government.
[Sep. 2020] I start my UG program in CS at Uni of Sheffield, UK.
